Step 10: How to process a manual charge on an existing order

You may need sometimes to process a manual charge on an existing order. This is useful when you sell subscriptions and your customers call to change their payment details. If they have an amount past due, you can just charge it as you enter the new card information.

Steps:

  • From your ClickCRM admin, go to Orders.
  • Click on the customer name of the order you want to process a manual charge.
  • in the Orders section, click on the product name under Products Ordered.
  • Select the Charge tab, select or add your card details, then add the charge amount.
  • Click Process Charge to proceed.
