
Search / Sort / Export Orders
After a customer places an order, it appears in the Orders area in your ClickCRM Dashboard.
To organize and to find orders in a list that spans many pages, you can sort, search and filter the list.
Filter by Product, Affiliate, Name, Email Address, Status, SubID, Geo and more.
Search and sort your orders
To filter the order by product, click on the All Products button at the top and select only the products you need.
To filter by affiliate, use the All Affiliates button.
To filter by date, select the period from the date filter on the right.
You can sort the orders by clicking on the column title.
Use the search field to lookup by customer name, order ID, affiliate name and many more.

You can also view the orders by SubID, Items, Register, Charges, Stream, Geo.
Below you have an insight of each tab from the Orders menu.
List - View the orders by their status as Active, Canceled, Abandoned, Testing, Free or All
Items - View the orders by the item purchased.
Register - View the transactions by their status as Charged, Declined, Refunded, Chargebacks, Recurring or All
Stream - View the transaction types (Charge, Commission or Sales Tax) that where processed for each customer.
Fulfillment - View the fulfilled orders by their status as Fulfilled, Processing, Not Sent, Canceled or All
Future Charges - View the future charges of your recurring orders
Sales by SubID, SubID2 - View your sales by SubID,SubID2
Referrer - View your sales by the pages where they got promoted
Geo - View your sales by country
Funnel - View your sales by funnel statistics
Export Orders
If you want to download a list with your orders, you can export it from your Orders area.
Click on the Export button and customize your orders list with the details you need.
When you're done, click on Create Export. A list with all your latest generated exports will show up.
Click on the report name to download the file.
